Invited lecture: "Metabolic profile of mycobacteria exposed to antibiotics and piperine" - The study shows the metabolic response of mycobacteria to the combination of rifampicin and piperine. With the use of liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (LC-MS) metabolomics supported by bioinformatics we investigated bacterial survival mechanisms and drug potentiation, moving beyond traditional susceptibility assays to a systems-level perspective.
