Every year we open several Grant Calls so our members can choose from five different grant types and apply.
Young Researcher and Innovator (YRI) Conference Grant
Funds a presentation (poster/oral presentation) of their own work by a Young Researcher and Innovator (YRI = below 40 years old) in a high-level conference fully organized by a third party, i.e. not organized nor co-organized by ADVANCE-TB.
ITC conference
Funds an oral presentation of their own work within the scope of ADVANCE-TB by an Action Participant affiliated to a legal entity located in an Inclusiveness Target Country / Near Neighbour Country in a high-level conference fully organized by a third party, i.e. not organized nor co-organized by ADVANCE-TB
Virtual Mobility
Dissemination conference
Funds an oral presentation by an Action Participant of the work of ADVANCE-TB in a high-level conference fully organized by a third party, i.e. not organized nor co-organized by ADVANCE-TB.
Short-Term Scientific Mission (STSM)
Visit to a host organization located in a different country than the country of affiliation by a researcher or innovator for specific work to be carried out and for a determined period of time.
Collaboration in a virtual setting among researchers or innovators within the COST Action, to exchange knowledge, learn new techniques, etc.
In GP4 ADVANCE-TB the third and last round of grant applications will open on May 1st 2026 and close on May 15th 2026. Applicants will be notified on June 5th 2026 about their application state.
*Although at the beginning of GP4, applications for STSM grants could only be sent in the first round, thanks to budget availability, we will accept STSM applications also on the third round.
